Cancellation and Returns
At Finelife Gift Shop, we are committed to ensuring you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the item
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging where applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made gifts
- Perishable items (if applicable)
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- You may receive a replacement item, or
- A refund, depending on the situation
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or another agreed option.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.
